Open Question: what would happen if i were to use a longer lasting climax control condom with performance enhancers?

I am using condoms that make it last longer and they work great. The problem is that when I pull out then everything goes back to normal and im not as happy as before. I was thinking of using male enhancement pills and the climax control condom to stay “stronger”??? What should I do?
